1 Dip the chicken pieces in the egg and roll in the Hinds Southern Coating Hot. Heat oil and deep-fry the meat at a medium heat until cooked. Dunk wings into BBQ sauce or serve sauce as a side. Serve with lemon wedges, parsley and chips tossed in Hinds Chip Seasoning.
