Ingredients

 600 g chicken breasts, cut into bite-sizes
 200 g Hinds Southern Coating Mild
 2 eggs
 ½ cup mayonnaise
 1 tsp Hinds Spices Parsley
 ½ cup tomato sauce
 1 tsp Hinds Spices Barbeque Spice

Method

1 Dip the chicken pieces in the egg and roll in the Hinds Southern Coating Mild. Heat oil and deep-fry the meat at a medium heat until cooked. Make 2 dipping sauces by mixing the mayonnaise with the Hinds Parsley and the tomato sauce with the Hinds Barbeque Spice. Serve with celery sticks and baby carrots.
