1. Skewer the steak, mushrooms, green pepper, and onion onto a kebab stick, and repeat the process until the stick is full.
2. Sprinkle over Hinds Spices Southern Grill All in One Seasoning and brush with garlic butter. Braai over hot coals for 15 minutes, turning frequently and basting after each turn.
3. Serve with a green salad and potato wedges.
