1. Pat the ribs dry, and coat in olive oil.
2. Mix together the Hinds Spices Southern Grill All in One Seasoning, sugar, salt, Hinds Spices Paprika and oreganum and coat the ribs, and leave to marinade for 2 hours.
3. Preheat the oven to 140°c.
4. Place the ribs on a foil lined baking tray in a single layer, cover with foil and bake for 3 hours, until the ribs are tender. Brush the ribs with barbecue sauce and braai or grill for 5-10 minutes. The ribs should be sticky and slightly charred.
