INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana, fresh
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • ½ cup (125ml) blueberries, frozen
  • 1 Tbsp (15ml) peanut butter
  • 2 tsp (10ml) Hinds Spices Cinnamon
  • ½ cup (125ml) plain yoghurt
  • ½ cup (125ml) milk

METHOD

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Top with blueberries to serve.
