- 1 banana, fresh
- 1 banana, frozen
- ½ cup (125ml) blueberries, frozen
- 1 Tbsp (15ml) peanut butter
- 2 tsp (10ml) Hinds Spices Cinnamon
- ½ cup (125ml) plain yoghurt
- ½ cup (125ml) milk
METHOD
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Top with blueberries to serve.
