- 600g chicken breasts, cut into strips
- Hinds Spices Southern Coating Original
- 2 large eggs
- 1 head of lettuce, shredded
- ½ red onion, sliced
- 125g tomatoes, cut in half
- 2 blocks feta cheese, cubed
- ½ large cucumber, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- ½ cup(s) tangy mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Hinds Spices Mixed Herbs
- 1 Tbsp water
METHOD
- Dip the chicken pieces in the egg and roll in the Hinds Southern Coating Original. Heat oil and deep-fry the meat at a medium heat until cooked. Make the dressing by combining the mayonnaise with the Hinds Mixed Herbs and water. Serve in salad bowls with lettuce, onion, tomato, feta, cucumber, green pepper and a side dressing.
