Coat the hake fillets in Hinds Spices Southern Coating Original and set aside. Place the frozen chips into the air fryer at 200°C and fry for 15 minutes, add the hake strips and fry for 10 more minutes.
Mix together the lemon juice, mayonnaise and chopped dill and serve the dipping sauce with the hake goujons. Sprinkle Hinds Spices Salt and Vinegar Seasoning over the chips and serve with the fish.
