sunflower oil

baby salad leaves

Hinds Spices Smokey Salad Dressing Mix

3 Tbsp (45ml)
plain yoghurt
▢
3 Tbsp (45ml)
buttermilk
METHOD
Cut the chicken breasts into cubes. Toss with BBQ sauce.
Heat the oil in a frying pan until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
Place the Hinds Spices Smokey Salad Dressing Mix, plain yoghurt and buttermilk into a jar and shake well.
Place the baby leaves and chicken into a bowl or tasting cups. Pour over the salad dressing and toss.
