Braai the boerewors over medium-hot coals for 10 minutes, turning regularly.
Place the Rhodes Quality Boerewors Relish and Rhodes Quality Baked Beans into a medium sized pot, add the Hinds Spices Medium Curry Powder and Hinds Spices Ground Coriander and simmer gently for 5 minutes. Season with salt. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Cut the rolls in half, fill with sausage and serve topped with the relish. Sprinkle over fresh coriander.
