brown mushrooms

Hinds Spices Mixed Herbs
METHOD
Cut the haloumi into cubes and the mushrooms in half. Skewer onto a kebab stick, alternating the mushroom and haloumi.
Drizzle over the olive oil, and sprinkle over Hinds Spices Mixed Herbs. Season the skewers with salt and pepper.
Make a hot fire, and braai the skewers over a medium heat for
5-10 minutes
, until cooked through. Enjoy with a side salad.
