INGREDIENTS

  • 1 chicken schnitzel
  • 1 Tbsp (15ml) sweet chilli sauce

  • 3 Tbsp (45ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 apple
  • 50g pretzels
  • 4 cucumber sticks
  • 4 baby carrots

METHOD

  • Cut the chicken schnitzel into strips, place into a lunch box.
  • Mix the sweet chilli sauce and mayonnaise and put into a container.
  • Add an apple, some pretzels, cucumber sticks and carrots to the lunchbox.
