Place the olive oil, coriander, parsley, chili, garlic and Hinds Spices Southern Grill All in One Seasoning into a food processer and blitz. The chimichurri should be a textured consistency. Pour over the steaks and marinade for 1 hour.
Braai or grill the steaks for 4 minutes on each side for medium rare. Serve with grilled sweetcorn and a green salad.
