METHOD
In a large pot, heat the oil and sauté the onion, garlic, chicken and Hinds Spices Chicken Spice for
5 minutes
.
Add in the carrots, celery, green beans, thyme, salt, black pepper and chicken stock.
Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and cover the pot with a lid. Let the soup simmer for
25 minutes
. Stir in the cream, season to taste and serve hot.
