INGREDIENTS

  • 10g Hinds Spices French Style Salad Dressing Mix
  • 2 Tbsp (30ml) yoghurt
  • 4 tsp (20ml) olive oil
  • 1 head cos lettuce, cut into chunks
  • 3 eggs, boiled and peeled, cut into quarters
  • 30g Parmesan shavings
  • 50g salad croutons

METHOD

  • Place the Hinds Spices French Style Salad Dressing Mix, yoghurt and olive oil into a jar and shake well. Set aside.
  • Place the cos lettuce, eggs, shaved parmesan and croutons into tasting cups or a big salad bowl and drizzle over salad dressing.
