Mix together the Hinds Southern Coating Breadcrumbs, Hinds Spices Veggies, Roots & Beets, Hinds Spices Aromatic Garlic & Herb and Parmesan.
Dip the cauliflower florets into the egg and then into the breadcrumb mixture. Repeat.
Heat the oil in a shallow frying pan over a medium heat. Fry the cooked florets for 3 minutes until crisp and golden. Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel.
Mix the mayonnaise, Hinds Spices Paprika, Hinds Spices Crushed Chillies and juice of ½ a lemon together. Pour into a dipping bowl and serve with the cauliflower bites.
