INGREDIENTS

300 – 400g
beef sirloin

Hinds Southern Coating Hot

sesame seeds
▢
2 cups (250ml)
oil, for frying
▢
1 Tbsp (15ml)
sesame oil

sugar snaps, cut into thin strips

sweetcorn, cut off the cob

carrot, ribboned

egg noodles, cooked

¼ cup (60ml)
plum sauce
▢
Small handful fresh coriander

lime, quartered
METHOD
Cut the beef into strips and add into a bowl with the beaten eggs.
Mix the Hinds Southern Coating and sesame seeds together and coat the beef strips in the mixture.
Heat the oil in a medium-sized pot and fry for
3 minutes
, the beef strips should be golden and crisp. Remove and set aside on paper towel to drain.
Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan, add the vegetables and fry for
two minutes
. Toss in the noodles and plum sauce.
Divide the noodles into two bowls, top with the crispy beef and fresh coriander. Serve with lime.
