METHOD
In a large bowl or jug (3 L capacity) combine the Hinds Ground Ginger with water, mix well.
Slowly add the Sprite, 1 cup at a time, waiting for the foam to flatten each time before adding more.
Serve chilled in glasses with ice, lemon and fresh mint.
Chef's Tip
If you add the Sprite all at once, it will fizz over and make a mess.
