Melt the butter in a saucepan, stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Add the milk slowly, whisking continuously until all the milk is incorporated. Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring regularly.
Mix in the Hinds Spices Aromatic Garlic & Herb, Hinds Spices Paprika and season with salt.
Stir in the cooked macaroni, pour into an oven-proof dish and top with cheddar cheese.
