cups fusilli pasta, cooked

cucumber, diced

red onion, finely chopped

cup pitted kalamata olives, chopped

feta cheese rounds, crumbled

Hinds Spices Parsley

cup fresh dill, finely chopped

cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
Dressing:
▢
Hinds Spices Greek Salad Dressing Mix
▢
20ml
vinegar
▢
45ml
olive oil
METHOD
Make the dressing by mixing the Hinds Spices Greek Salad Dressing Mix, olive oil and vinegar in a jar. Shake to mix well.
Transfer half of the dressing to a large bowl and reserve the remaining for serving.
Add in the cooked pasta, garlic, cucumber, onion, olives, feta and herbs to the bowl and toss to coat with the dressing.
When ready to serve, stir in the reserved dressing.
