In a mixing bowl, combine the Inkomasi, chicken pieces and a little salt to season the chicken. Allow to marinate for a few hours, overnight is best if you have the time.
Once your chicken is marinated, remove it from the Inkomasi. Generously sprinkle the Hinds Chicken Spice over the chicken pieces.
Heat oil in a frying pan and on a medium-high heat fry the chicken pieces for about 15 minutes on each side until completely cooked. Cover the pan with a lid to help the chicken cook.
Chips
While the chicken is cooking, deep-fry the chips in hot oil until golden brown and crispy, sprinkle with Hinds Chip Seasoning. Serve the chicken and chips with mayonnaise or tomato sauce.
Chef's Tip
Marinating the chicken in the Inkomasi the day before will make it soft, tender and juicy. Serve with Bisto Gravy for Roast Chicken.
