Hinds Southern Coating Seasoned Breadcrumbs

METHOD
Toss the chicken wings in beaten egg. Mix the Hinds Southern Coating Seasoned Breadcrumbs, Hinds Spices Paprika and Hinds Spices Cayenne Pepper.
Coat the wings in the crumb mixture, add them back into the egg and recoat in the crumb mixture.
Place the coated wings into an air fryer. Drizzle over olive oil and cook at 180°C for
20 minutes
.
Mix the salad ingredients together, top with olive oil and serve with the wings.
