cloves garlic peeled and crushed
METHOD
Cut the bread into diagonal slices, not cutting the whole way through.
Mix the butter, Hinds Spices Aromatic Garlic & Herb, chopped parsley, Hinds Spices Crushed Chilies and crushed garlic.
Spread the herbed butter into the slices and wrap the loaf in a double layer of heavy-duty foil.
Place the garlic loaf onto the hot coals and braai for
20 minutes
, turning every 5 minutes.
