Toss the roasting veg into a large roasting tray. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle over the Hinds Spices Veggies, Roots & Beets and Hinds Spices Origanum. Season with salt and pepper.
Roast for 45 minutes.
Stir in the Rhodes Quality Chakalaka Mild & Spicy and roast for a further 10 minutes.
