Hinds Spices Medium Curry Powder

samp and beans, soaked in water overnight

Rhodes Quality Butter Beans in Brine

METHOD
Heat the oil in a pot, fry the onions and carrots add all the Hinds Spices and fry for a further
2 minutes
.
Add the Rhodes Quality Chopped & Peeled Tomatoes and vegetable stock. Drain the samp and beans and add.
Simmer for
1 hour 15 minutes
and then add the Rhodes Quality Butter Beans, and simmer for a further
15 minutes
.
