Mix together the Hinds Spices Southern Grill All in One Seasoning, sugar, salt, Hinds Spices Paprika and oreganum and coat the ribs, and leave to marinade for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 140°c.
Place the ribs on a foil lined baking tray in a single layer, cover with foil and bake for 3 hours, until the ribs are tender. Brush the ribs with barbecue sauce and braai or grill for 8 minutes. The ribs should be sticky and slightly charred.
