white cabbage head

2 Tbsp (30ml)
Hinds Spices Cabbage Seasoning

2 Tbsp (30ml)
olive oil
▢
3 Tbsp (45ml)
sesame seeds
▢
1 tsp (5ml)
Hinds Spices Crushed Chillies
METHOD
Thinly slice the cabbage. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the cabbage and Hinds Spices Cabbage Seasoning. Fry until cooked through.
Remove the cabbage. Add the sesame seeds and Hinds Spices Crushed Chillies to the pan and fry for
a minute
.
Add the cabbage back to the frying pan and toss well.
Serve warm.
