Preheat the oven to 180℃, place the oven chips onto an oven tray and cook for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle the Hinds Spices Portuguese Chicken Spice over the hake fillet, heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the fish for 7 – 10 minutes, turning over half way through cooking.
Heat cooking oil in a large pan over a high heat and rub the steak with Hinds Spices Steak & Chops Spice and Hinds Spices Aromatic Garlic & Herb. Add it to the hot pan and fry for 8 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking, add the butter.
Remove the chips from the oven and sprinkle over Hinds Spices Salt & Vinegar Seasoning, serve with the fried fish, steak, tartare sauce and lemon wedges.
