In a small saucepan, whisk together the milk, Hinds Spices Turmeric, Hinds Spices Cinnamon, Hinds Spices Pure Ground Ginger and Hinds Spices Pure Black Pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer the mixture for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the honey.
Strain the liquid and divide the turmeric milk into two mugs, top with a dusting of cinnamon.
