- 2 cups yoghurt
- 250g carrots, peeled, cut into chunks, and boiled in water until soft
- Juice of 2 fresh limes, added to taste
- 2 cup(s) pineapple, peeled & cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 tsp Hinds Spices Paprika
- 1 tsp for taste of Hinds Spices Pure Ground Ginger
- 2 cups ice optional
METHOD
- Add the yogurt, carrots, lime juice, pineapple, Hinds Paprika & Hinds Ginger & ice (optional) to the blender. Blend until smooth. Thin with water or milk depending on how thick your yoghurt is.
- Serve in glasses
Chef’s Tip
- Use crushed ice and / or milk, nut milk, rice milk or soy milk instead of yoghurt. If you would like to add more sweetness, add a drizzle of honey or golden syrup.
