- 500g beef mince
- 1 onion, peeled and grated
- 2 tsp (10ml) Hinds Spices Paprika
- 2 Tbsp (30ml) Hinds Spices Mixed Herbs
- 2 Tbsp (30ml) Hinds Southern Coating Breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp (15ml) Hinds Spices Southern Grill All in One Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp (30ml) Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp (30ml)
Rhodes Quality Tomato Paste - 1 Tbsp (15ml) mustard
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
- 2 red peppers, cut into cubes
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- ½ cup (125ml) tzatziki, for serving
METHOD
- Mix together the beef, onion, Hinds Spices Paprika, Hinds Spices Mixed Herbs, Hinds Southern Coating Breadcrumbs, Hinds Spices Southern Grill All in One Seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, Rhodes Quality Tomato Paste and mustard. Season and stir until well combined.
- Roll into 24 meatballs.
- Heat oil in a large frying pan and brown the meatballs over a high heat, for 2 minutes on each side.
- Skewer a meatball, red pepper and onion – repeat the process on the remaining 7 skewers.
- Place onto a baking tray and roast in a pre-heated oven at 190°C for 20 minutes. Remove and serve with tzatziki.
