METHOD

  • Place the apple juice, grated apple, Hinds Spices Pure Ground Ginger. Hinds Spices cinnamon and cinnamon sticks into a saucepan, simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in the honey and set aside to cool.
  • Mix the mixture with kombucha. Pour over ice and serve garnished with rosemary.
