- 2 cups rocket leaves, washed
- 1 cup cooked and cubed beetroot
- 4-6 figs, quartered
- ¼ cup walnuts
- ½ cube feta or blue cheese
Dressing:
- Hinds Spices French Style Salad Dressing Mix
- 45ml oil
- 20ml vinegar
METHOD
- Make the salad dressing by combining the Hinds Spices French Style Salad Dressing Mix, oil and vinegar in a jar and shake to mix.
- In a large bowl, add the salad ingredients and crumble the cheese.
- Generously dress with the salad dressing.
