INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups rocket leaves, washed
  • 1 cup cooked and cubed beetroot
  • 4-6 figs, quartered
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • ½ cube feta or blue cheese

Dressing:

METHOD

  • Make the salad dressing by combining the Hinds Spices French Style Salad Dressing Mix, oil and vinegar in a jar and shake to mix.
  • In a large bowl, add the salad ingredients and crumble the cheese.
  • Generously dress with the salad dressing.
