INGREDIENTS

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 50ml BBQ sauce
  • 1 Tbsp (15ml) sunflower oil
  • 100g baby salad leaves
  • 10g Hinds Spices Smokey Salad Dressing Mix
  • 3 Tbsp (45ml) plain yoghurt
  • 3 Tbsp (45ml) buttermilk

METHOD

  • Cut the chicken breasts into cubes. Toss with BBQ sauce.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
  • Place the Hinds Spices Smokey Salad Dressing Mix, plain yoghurt and buttermilk into a jar and shake well.
  • Place the baby leaves and chicken into a bowl or tasting cups. Pour over the salad dressing and toss.
