METHOD

  • Whisk the eggs and milk together, add the Hinds Spices Mixed Herbs and Hinds Spices Steak & Chop Spice (optional). Set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the tomatoes and Hinds Spices Crushed Chillies and fry for 3 minutes.
  • Slice the bagels in half and toast in a toaster. Melt the butter in a pan over a medium heat and cook the eggs, scrambling them with a spatula as they cook.
  • Top the bottom half of the toasted bagels with scrambled egg, cooked tomatoes, slices of avocado and wild rocket. Season and top with the bagel lids.
