- 4 chicken breasts, butterflied to make a schnitzel
- Hinds Southern Coating Seasoned Breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 4 potatoes, peeled and boiled
- 1 tsp Hinds Spices Potato Spice
- ½ tsp Hinds Spices Mixed Herbs
- 2 Tbsp butter/margarine
- 1 x 200g
Bisto Gravy for Roast Chicken , prepared - 1 cup(s) frozen peas, cooked
- 200g broccoli, cut into pieces & cooked
- 250g green beans, cut in half & cooked
METHOD
- Dip the chicken pieces in egg then roll in the coating. Heat oil in a pot and deep-fry on a medium heat until cooked. Prepare the mash by combining the cooked potatoes, Hinds Potato Spice, Hinds Mixed Herbs and butter. Serve with Bisto Chicken Gravy, peas, broccoli and green beans.
