INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup (250ml) crunchy nut and seed sprinkle
  • 2 cups (500ml) double-thick yoghurt
  • 100g fresh blueberries
  • 100g fresh raspberries
  • 1 nectarine, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp (15ml) honey
  • Fresh mint leaves

METHOD

  • Divide the yoghurt between 3 bowls, top with fresh berries and slices of nectarine. Spoon over the crunchy nut and seed sprinkle.
  • Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh mint.
