- 1 cup (250ml)
crunchy nut and seed sprinkle - 2 cups (500ml) double-thick yoghurt
- 100g fresh blueberries
- 100g fresh raspberries
- 1 nectarine, sliced
- 1 Tbsp (15ml) honey
- Fresh mint leaves
METHOD
- Divide the yoghurt between 3 bowls, top with fresh berries and slices of nectarine. Spoon over the crunchy nut and seed sprinkle.
- Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh mint.
