Mini Boerie Rolls with Rhodes Quality Boerewors Relish

- 6 x 120g boerewors, cut into portions
- 1 Tbsp (15ml) canola oil
- 6 x hot dog rolls
- 1 x 410g can
Rhodes Quality Boerewors Relish - 1 Tbsp (15ml) Hinds Spices The Braai Spice
METHOD
- Pan fry the boerewors portions in a little oil until cooked through.
- Place the Rhodes Quality Boerewors Relish in a saucepan. Add Hinds Spices The Braai Spice. Reheat and simmer for 3 – 4 minutes.
- Cut the hot dog rolls and place the cooked boerewors onto the roll. Top with relish, cut the rolls in half and serve warm.
