Chimichurri steaks

Ingredients

 3 tbsp (45ml) olive oil
 ½ cup fresh coriander
 ½ cup fresh flat leaf parsley
 1 green chili, deseeded
 2 cloves of garlic, peeled
 1 tbsp (15ml) Hinds Spices Southern Grill All in One Seasoning
 4 250-300g sirloin steaks

Method

1. Place the olive oil, coriander, parsley, chili, garlic and Hinds Spices Southern Grill All in One Seasoning into a food processer and blitz. The chimichurri should be a textured consistency. Pour over the steaks and marinade for one hour.

2. Braai or grill the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium rare. Serve with grilled sweetcorn and a green salad.
