- 16 wings (4 per person)
- Hinds Spices Southern Coating Hot
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup(s) BBQ sauce
- 1 lemon, wedges
- Handful fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 packet frozen chips, cooked
- Hinds Spices Chip Seasoning
METHOD
- Dip the chicken pieces in the egg and roll in the Hinds Southern Coating Hot. Heat oil and deep-fry the meat at a medium heat until cooked. Dunk wings into BBQ sauce or serve sauce as a side. Serve with lemon wedges, parsley and chips tossed in Hinds Chip Seasoning.
