Whole Roasted Turmeric Spiced Cauliflower

- 1 cauliflower
- 2 Tbsp (30ml) olive oil
- 1 tsp (5ml) Hinds Spices Turmeric
- 1 Tbsp (15ml) Hinds Spices Aromatic Garlic & Herb
- 1 tsp (5ml) Hinds Spices Paprika
- 1 tsp (5ml) cumin
- 1 cup (250ml) vegetable stock
- Salt for seasoning
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Drizzle oil over the cauliflower, sprinkle over all the spices and rub well into the cauliflower. Place into an ovenproof dish with the vegetable stock. Cover with foil and roast for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and roast for a further 15 minutes. Season and serve hot.
