Fry the onion and cgarlic in a little oil until soft. Add the meat and fry, until well browned.
Add the Rhodes Quality Chopped & Peeled Tomatoes, Rhodes Quality Tomato Paste,the water and stock cube, Hinds Spices Mixed Herbs and simmer, over very low heat for about 15 minutes.
