In a bowl, mix the olive oil, the Hinds Spices Peri-Peri Spice, Hinds Spices Southern Grill All in One Seasoning, Hinds Spices Mixed Herbs, Hinds Spices Crushed Chillies, lemon zest and juice together.
Add the prawns and marinate for 10 minutes in the fridge.
Place 5 prawns onto a skewer, repeat.
Braai on a hot braai for 5 minutes, turning halfway.
Serve with lemon and garlic Aioli.
To make Aioli
In a blender or with a whisk, mix the egg yolk, lemon juice, garlic, paprika and salt.
Slowly drizzle the oil in while blending or mixing until it thickens to form a mayonnaise.
