METHOD
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Wash and season the potatoes with salt and place onto a baking tray. Bake for
45 – 60 minutes
, until cooked through.
Cut a criss-cross into each potato and fill with broccoli, crispy bacon and sprinkle over the cheese.
Serve garnished with Hinds Spices Parsley and drizzle over the Caesar dressing.
