Heat oil in a wok on medium heat, add onion and peppers and gently cook until soft for about 4 minutes. Add all of the spices together and cook for about 1 minute or until fragrant. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant.
Add the carrots and cook until just soft, add the can of Rhodes Quality Chakalaka and cook together for about 7 minutes. Add the Rhodes Quality Baked Beans, tomato sauce, salt and Hinds Spices Pure Black Pepper, stir to combine and simmer for a further 5 minutes. You are ready to serve over some pap with braai meat.
