Dip the chicken breast cubes into beaten egg and coat in Hinds Southern Coating Mild. Place into an air fryer and drizzle over olive oil. Cook at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Place the sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, honey and lemon juice into a small saucepan. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 5 minutes. Coat the chicken in the sauce and sprinkle over the sesame seeds.
Serve on top of egg noodles, sprinkled with spring onion and fresh coriander.
