- 4 chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 egg, beaten
- 100g Hinds Southern Coating Mild
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
- 180ml sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tsp (5 ml) soy sauce
- 6 Tbsp (90 ml) honey
- 6 Tbsp (90 ml) lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) toasted sesame seeds
- 250g cooked egg noodles
- 3 spring onions, thinly sliced
- A few sprigs fresh coriander
METHOD
- Dip the chicken breast cubes into beaten egg and coat in Hinds Southern Coating Mild. Place into an air fryer and drizzle over olive oil. Cook at 180°C for 10 minutes.
- Place the sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, honey and lemon juice into a small saucepan. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 5 minutes. Coat the chicken in the sauce and sprinkle over the sesame seeds.
- Serve on top of egg noodles, sprinkled with spring onion and fresh coriander.
