METHOD
Dip the chicken drumsticks in the egg. Mix together the Hinds Southern Coating Breadcrumbs and Hinds Spices Chicken Spice.
Dip the drumsticks into the flour, then into the coating and coat well.
Coat the potato wedges in olive oil and Hinds Spices Potato Spice.
Deep fry the drumsticks in oil for
10 minutes
at 180°C or in the air fryer for20 minutes at 180°C.
Place the potato wedges into the air fryer for
30 minutes
at 180°C.
Serve the drumsticks and wedges together while hot.
