METHOD

  • Dip the chicken drumsticks in the egg. Mix together the Hinds Southern Coating Breadcrumbs and Hinds Spices Chicken Spice.
  • Dip the drumsticks into the flour, then into the coating and coat well.
  • Coat the potato wedges in olive oil and Hinds Spices Potato Spice.
  • Deep fry the drumsticks in oil for 10 minutes at 180°C or in the air fryer for20 minutes at 180°C.
  • Place the potato wedges into the air fryer for 30 minutes at 180°C.
  • Serve the drumsticks and wedges together while hot.
