Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and green pepper for 5 minutes until softened. Add the livers and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, Hinds Spices Southern Grill, Hinds Spices Medium Curry Powder and Hinds Spices Turmeric, and cook for a further 15 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding a little water, if necessary, to prevent sticking. Add the cabbage and cook for 5-10 minutes or until softened. Season to taste and serve hot.
