mixed brown and white mushrooms

METHOD
Place the asparagus, baby leeks, butternut and sweet corn onto a roasting tray. Skewer the mushrooms onto 4 kebab sticks.
Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle over the Hinds Spices Crushed Chillies, Hinds Spices Paprika and Hinds Spices Mixed Herbs.
Braai the butternut for 30 minutes over hot coals and the remaining vegetables for
10 minutes
. Remove from the braai and squeeze over lemon juice.
Serve and enjoy.
